Stetz
is a former ProFootball player. He was drafted
in 1967 by the NEW ORLEANS SAINTS and later traded
to the PHILADELPHIA EAGLES, where he was an
offenseive guard. He also played for the
POTTSTOWN FIREBIRDS, which won the ACFL
championship 2 years in a row. He finished his
career with a knee injury while trying out for
the PHILADELPHIA BELL in the World Football league.
Now, he spends his time carving custom canes for Alex's College Fund Bill also appears in the Emmy award winning documentary produced by NFL Films called "The Pottstown Firebirds" and a subsequent documentary entitled "Pottstown Revisited" produced 30 years post - original . He
is also featured in A book written by Jay Acton,
entitled: "The Forgettables"
